Man,I knew a kid named Rick Mazzaferro..........guy was a permabulker who as long as he moved weight,he could care less about form.
Good kid,well educated,but no clue how to train.
A few exploits:
Dropped 350 pounds while squatting and the bar bounced off his lower back/ass area...got lucky that time.
Doing Dumbell Pullovers with a homemade dumbell...120 pounds,collar comes off one one side and breaks a front tooth and his nose.
My training partner Ray Harris could do decent sets of 5 reps in Cheat Curls with 225....good style and control,well Mazz always envied Harris` power and would also do the curls with 225,but they looked like reverse split cleans.....he would start the first rep in one spot,and by the 5th. rep,he`d be halfway across the gym!

Here`s the clincher and thread related.........he was benching in his cellar one day....had a good home gym down there.....did a few sloppy arched uneven extension sets as he normally did......lifting his ass and legs and squirming was normal to Mazzz....anyway,throws on 300 pounds and says to his 110 pound little brother,"I`m going for broke.....a final pump set,spot me close".
On the 3rd. sloppy rep,due to his uneven arm extension,his elbow popped right out of his skin!
Years of sloppy training caused this.
Dude was a mess..........huge peaked biceps from them being torn and always in pain......but considered all of his lifts legit.
