After about 5 years he quit. He's doing mostly contest prep for other competitors.

He should have just did that from the get go a long, eryk is a smart guy, what was he doing at vitamin shoppe? Didn't he own a gym?

These days I would say tons of guys are contest prep gurus , more than it was 10 yrs ago
