Yes, his own, and the democratic party.  Massive drop in economy = great for stacking up dem voters.  Broke people vote dem.  People doing well, moving into higher tax brackets, vote repub.  Obama invents more voters every time another person gets on food stamps.

So his actions benefit democrats.  The DNC.  It benefits anyone that hates american freedom, and that's a lot of people.  For a person with no job for the next decade who eats better than you or I because of food stamps - obama is sure kicking some butt.
