I never got anything out of Creatine, until recently.
I always used the 5 G dosage, didn't feel or notice a thing.
I tried it again, this time I used 10 G a day. My weight shot up around 7 pounds, my lifts went up around 10 lbs. on each previous PR on bench, dead, squat.
Plus the stuff I used (Musclemeds) had a powdery look to it, unlike the normal stuff that is grainy like sugar. OR maybe its the other shit mixed in with this brand, not sure... (Not sure what the PEG shit it).
Anyways, for life insurance update, the lady came to my house to take my blood / piss. Everything came back perfect, except they said I had too much creatinine in my piss.
(Which of course is normal when you are taking that stuff). So yes, cycle that stuff as well if you use it...
