Put a godamn flat bench up on the stage and see what these guys are really made out of.

The bench press is a  bs proof of strength.  (In before someone says I can't bench 225lbs.) 

Back in the day of the AAU Mr. America contest you had to do the three Olympic lifts and they would use the total for the needed athletic points. Yes, Christ Dickerson, Dennis Tinerino and the rest had to chalk up and do a snatch, clean and press, and the clean and jerk the day of the contest.

Is there anyone on the Olympia stage this year who could clean and jerk 300lbs the day of the contest? I will answer that. Not one.

plus they need to run a mile in under 20min or cant compete on stage

The deadlift is a pretty fair measure of strength.

I'm positive half the contestants don't even have the flexibility to even clean
