I guess when you get that fat clothes become unnecessary. Who the fuck is feeding these slobs and how can they afford it?
It appears from the video that they are beyond fat clothes since they are all mostly naked.
Can you imagine how bad they must stink in those areas where no air gets to their skin under the folds of fat? Conditions like this are a breeding ground for yeast infections. The 1,300+ pound woman obviously had compromised skin since it was very discolored and rough looking.
I too wonder how they manage to continue over-eating since they clearly aren't mobile enough to get food for themselves. There must be folks enabling them.
My mom worked as a nurse for awhile. She told me about a woman who had surgery and who was so fat that her skin was seriously stretched out. When they tried to sew her up the stitches wouldn't hold because of this. I imagine she eventually died since the doctors couldn't close the incision leaving an open wound.
