I would almost agree with that statement but I hate that turbo charged motor, now if it was an NA super high strung I'm sold. I hate turbo cars!! :D

I know performance and turbo lag can be issue but late 80s  early 90s cars with ridiculous turbos are amazing to drive. It is like a plane taking off and the noise from waste gate (not sure on spelling) is great. Just fun cars. I had a cosworth with t4 turbo and it was so much fun when turbo kicked in. Can't imagine twin turbo 3.5l car that weighed nothing. Pretty sure it had no ac either parker. They didn't even paint it with several coats to save weight.

They had a/c no stereo , carpet , hell it didn't even have door handles just a rope

Seems odd as ac weighs a fair bit. Classic car prices have gone insane last few years. 250 and 275 gtos have gone up close to 1000% in less than ten years.
