i have done accutane cycle as a teen and to this day my skin and lips are dry

Your pores grew during puberty right? It is due to enhanced sebum production. Sebum blocks pores in the skin, bacteria love to feed on it, the pores become blocked and chronically dilated/inflamed.

If you are prone to acne, then more test is going to enhance the effect.

i am prone to acne. i had severa acne as a teen.
i ran accutane and it went away

when i ran my first test cycle i had almost no acne, a few spots on my back, maybe one or two on my face
but we are talking tiny red dots here

but at the end of PCT now i got fucked : cysts popping on my face, big red inflammed bumps
i firmly believe acne is 99% estrogen related in my case

DHT doesnt matter, im running test/mast atm and no acne at all
dont know how im going to react to nandrolone/tren tho
