good point,its a bodybuilding forum and no ones gonna think your gay if u post a pic with out a shirt. thats what getbig is,a bunch of guys and girls talking about developing their bodies and posting pics of their progress. i was just curious to how you progressed and how u looked better when u stopped giving a fuck,usually its the other way around and thats why i got intrigued by the title of your post
To best describe my current work out/diet regime..i would say its a low calorie, high rep, low intensity/ no heavy weights system...this regiment was brought upon after i took my yearly break. .i started back very slow, and decided to keep the same pace...unfortunately i didnt take any before and after pics, because i never gave a damn to do so unfortunately. .my workouts are no different than when i was doing heavy weights..very strict bodybuilding format but with light weights ..i dont go under 15 reps or higher than 30..very strict squeezing ..mental to muscle connection is deep..i may do bicep curls with 10s, it all depends on feeling that day...weight is irrelevant for me..i was doing rows with 10s on each side yesterday, squeezing every rep out. .felt great..i started this program at about 215lbs..currently im at 196, but look much bigger..this is the best ive looked..ive been as big as 240 on juice..i look like 225 . My opinion...the development of my muscle bellies has been the best ever for me...my muscle seperation is the best ive noticed. .i eat anywhere from 1500 to 2000 total calories...i burn around 700 to 900 calories per workout. .my diet is about 70 percent carbs, 20 percent protein, 10 percent carbs..
