She looked so good when she first broke into acting. With every role came new plastic surgery. So many women go this route and I don't understand it. She looks terrible now.

The most famous one I think was the chick from Dirty Dancing. The movie was a huge hit and she spend a ton of money on plastic surgery to the point where no one recognized her from the movie. She gave some bs line about just having a nose job.
