2) when a guy who obviously uses brags about being bigger than a natural. Of course a juiced up guy is going to be bigger than a natural. Its really nothing to brag about. lol

Why do you care though?  Nobody really cares about bodybuilding, let alone natural.  As long as it isn't negatively affecting you financially or in any other serious aspect of your life, why not just let the liars lie and ignore them?

THIS is exactly why I stuck with (mostly)  Untested NPC contests when I competed.

I used moderate amounts of juice and did just fine in some regional contests back in the 1980's
I did almost as well, on no juice in the same kind of shows years later in the 1990's.
I did a few natural ones and the crowds were small and drug testing was a joke ( mostly polygraph or basic piss ).

It was less expensive to compete in my wt class in Untested NPC shows, then it was to travel to decent natty contests.
In the end, nobody cared either way, except me.

I don't count macros. I only calculate protein and carbs. I have some olive oil and peanutbutter also and that's it.

I use to gain weight and fat really fast so i eat only chicken, beef, eggs, salmon, oats, rice, potatoes and salads. I have also  one scoop whey for post wotkout.

I love the low rep systems and th 4 day split chest/biceps, legs, shoulders/triceps, back and traps.

I do 25 minutes cardio even at off season, for 4 times a week in order to manage my weight gain.
