Great physique man. What is your diet like (macro wise)? Also what is your workout split and sets/reps?
I don't count macros. I only calculate protein and carbs. I have some olive oil and peanutbutter also and that's it.
I use to gain weight and fat really fast so i eat only chicken, beef, eggs, salmon, oats, rice, potatoes and salads. I have also one scoop whey for post wotkout.
I love the low rep systems and th 4 day split chest/biceps, legs, shoulders/triceps, back and traps.
I do 25 minutes cardio even at off season, for 4 times a week in order to manage my weight gain.
