Concussions can cause strange effects on the mind and how it works, some may end up with several and never have any problems ( Troy Aikmen) while other have only a few and end up with permanent memory loss and gaps in there past ( Brett Farve).  I've never had a concussion but I have a family history of GAD which by no means is the worst psychological disorder but it can be debilitating, I and my 9 siblings we all refer to it the same way " like running from crazy" and you can never let it sneak up on you.

he only walked on to football this year.   he wasn't a major part of team.

claims concussions came from wrestling.   accurate?   i wrestled in high school.   you wear headgear.  you get slapped a lot, and cauliflower ear is very real... but concussions from wrestling?

RIP, but IMO he may have been suffering from depression or something else, hated school, and used concussions as the cop out.  He shaved his head recently too... big burly 22 year old with flowing locks suddenly buzzes hair?  sounds like mental issues.  sad he didn't find help.
