from thanksgiving till new years i just make sure i hit each bodypart once in a 7 day period, doesnt matter how i do it to b honest. i kinda take it alittle easier also so my joints and everything could get a break,i do that by going alot lighter and stricter. once new years is over the brutal intensity starts up again and i have 1 vision in mind and that getting lean for the spring and summer, i like to start way out ahead of time and get in shape early and then maintain it instead of going nuts in april trying to starve myself and do hundreds of hours of cardio trying to lose the weight,thats just to hard on the body and u end up losing hard earned muscle also,and trust me u young whipper snappers,it gets alot harder at my age ;)atleast it does for me anyway.but hey man whatever works for u guys is cool,like i always say everyone here knows their bodies the best and thats the bottom line
