Carb up vascularity

I'm on a 6 day keto diet with a 1000g carb up day. Why do carbs make you so vascular? I am never this vascular on an actual high carb diet...

I'd like to be able to harness this vascularity on a normal diet, but I can never get it.





This was 10 minutes after eating 6 slices of pizza, 4 mandarin oranges, and 16oz gatorade w/ 15g creatine mono.

Yeah that's a pretty standard amount.

Pretty scientific article here by Kiefer stating 25g a day or so is optimal for maximum intracellular creatine levels in resistance trained athletes.

Where is the before picture?  You probably just think you look different.  More than likely a water pump after being carb depleted is all.

It's standard to take in fifteen grams at a time or throughout the day? Have fun on the toilet...

Don't believe me? Run a few CCs a week of whatever you like on a keto diet for 4 weeks, then have a cheat meal, and tell me how insane you look.

How come food has never produced any lifetime natural 3-4 percent over 200 lbs at 6 foot or under, but drugs have many times over?  ???

Because I don`t use drugs and have no interest of having a drugged look.  I like thin, razor sharp muscles rather than round bloofers.  The only way to have round bloofers is to use drugs.  No thanks.

I swear there are times throughout the day that you can't even see 1 vein in my forearms..That's why I'd like to be able to harness the power to be vascular all the time somehow.

If I take more than 5g of creatine, I have the Hershey squirts all day. 15g would be like fucking dysentery for me.

The thing that I notice brings out vascularity the most is heat, either a hot day, or doing exercise that heats up the body.

I guess when you are hot, blood is pumped to the extremities and surface to cool the body down, and visa versa when cold.

That might be it! The carb load puts me into a light full body sweat mode that lasts hours. Kinda just feel hot and slightly sweaty forehead etc.

But I wonder what chemical or process or whatever with the carbs makes this happen, would be awesome to just shoot some peptide or something that mimics that and get super vascular before going clubbing etc..

Whoa!

The first meal of my carb up I always get a slight bloody nose...Yesterday it was 5 still warm fudge brownies I ate in like 5 minutes flat, sure enough I got the pump / sweat / veins and when I blew my nose there was a little blood, but not a drippy anadrol/dbol bloody nose just a little blood in the tissue.

Try a couple of glasses of wine. Alcohol has something in it that temporarily
expands/dilates the arteries and veins.
When I used to drink I was always more vascular when doing so.

Whoa indeed....sounds like you have high blood pressure.  Eating junk food isn't supposed to give you a bloody nose, and if you get nosebleeds regularly (which it sounds like you do) that's even more alarming.

Do you monitor your BP?

I monitor it and it's like 120/75-80 even on clenbuterol etc.

I think it's just 6 days of strict 1,500 calorie Keto...Then hammering a whole pizza and a full sugar root beer has an acute effect on the blood.


The last Anadrol run I did my BP was still very decent usually 140/75-80 but after about week 6-7 I start getting Serious dripping bloody noses during every hot shower I took. So I stopped the Drol and they went away.

Then recently just got these very mild blood-in-tissue type of things only after the FIRST huge cheat meal of the refeed day.

I think the same thing that's happening to my forearms veins is happening to my nose veins lol...a huge pump.

yor glycogen levels are depleted so when the carbs are introduced your glycogen restore but need water to do so water is pulled from under the skin

just keep a blow dryer in your car and run there every 30mins and blow dry your arms so you can prance around the club with your veins  ::)
