Today was the first time I had picked up the 160's to do shrugs since my double hip replacement back in July. They were still Lightweightbaby and I was still able to do 2⃣0⃣ reps. Normally I do them sitting but 4 months after my surgery I figured it was time to try them standing. I'm about 80% healed from the surgery so I'm thinking in another month I should be close to 100% healed and I can hardly wait.
