Did u count cals? Im always curious if keto alone does the trick. I eat alot of meat, cream, etc but i dont lose weight even with less than 50g carbs per day.

whole eggs, sirloin burgers 85-15 or 90-10 split. Tilapia or salmon. Sometimes turkey kielbasa if I needed something different. Protein powder is usually a cheap whey blend. I'd
throw some occasional cheese into my eggs or even on my sirloin burger. I also use a fiber supplement with my first meal of the day. Fat sources were olive oil, peanut butter, almonds, cashews and
the fats that come with the eggs and beef.
