Fred would laugh at this actually.  When Eddie Murphy did his spin of his character on SNL, he called him congratulate him for his humor.

I think this is a step farther than Eddie took his parody.  Mister R wouldn't be on board with it, methinks.

In this episode, Mr. Rodgers was able to get funding for PBS, $28 million dollars worth, by embarrassing a senator. PBS execs then bought money and hookers with said money.

 Then, they started creating shows to pollute kids minds (like today's shows). Mr. Rodgers was about the kids. Then he decided to kill adults who polluted kids minds, and taught the children how to be warriors.

Black Dynamite had to fight Mr. Rodgers in a Cardigan Kung-fu battle.
