Looks like Phil made a documentary similar to the Cutler one (All Access). Good to see its not just training footage and idiotic grunting like most bodybuilder's DVDs.

I tried to come up with a "wider than" joke, but I'll leave that to the pros on this website

One of the greatests? I can think of 10 better bodybuilders off the top of my head who never won an Olympia but can hold their own with Heath, and may even be better than him.

That's what's fucked up about our sport. It's all what you think is the best. I put him up there with flex, levorne, ray, Dorian and Ronnie.  There are others I'm not saying he's the goat but he is in my top 5.

Then again I've seen him In person and never got to see the others on stage. I will say this I saw I'm in 10,11,12 it wasn't even close he destroyed the line up in person. Pics can't do the man justice. You can realky get a feel for how round he is any other way.

There is a lot of truth in that

But the truth is he works just as hard if not harder. That's a good thing if he makes it look easy. I respect that more the the sad story kai has been hanging on to that he was a orphan 25 YEARS ago

This three-minute trailer has some beyond well-worn cliche lines ... "We try to shape and mold the body" (Jay) ... "The Mr. Olympia is the Superbowl of bodybuilding" ... "The Mr. Olympia is the best of the best of the best ... " (don't agree at all. These days, there are usually numerous other international contests that feature several competitors who could EASILY set foot on the O stage.)

Fact is, Heath doesn't work any harder than the next thousand hardcore muscle-pumpers who have dreams to make it big in the sport.

His body reacts very favourably to anabolic drugs and develops in a desired form for success in contemporary competitive bodybuilding.
