I just watched this documentary  ''Serving Life'' , this white guy is serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole , he's been locked up for 12 years in one of the biggest maximum security prisons in the country  Angola.
If you watch the full movie he looks like he's ready to go on stage , free the m0therfucker he can be our next Mr Olympia , wider than Heath and Aaron Clark .

yes mr olympia is the best outside of prison, if prison were included the mr olympia lineup would be completely different.

This movie is great. Very touching and thought provoking. Makes you really question whether these guys helping others really need to spend the rest of their lives locked up in Angola.

Don't let them fool you , even the worst  criminals can appear to be harmless when they are locked up and the cameras are rolling.
