This phenomenon has to stop. A little grimace when you are pushing out those last few reps is understandable. Screaming during a photo shoot is for phaggots.

I've found this phenomena to pertain mainly to bodybuilders, instead of making the workout itself harder by adding more weight or using exercises that are more challenging they would rather make weird facial gestures along with the occasional grunt.

Ya it looks like he's shutting his eye with all his force. I've meet him a few times. He speaks broken English but even then you can tell his clock spins about half as fast as a normal person, he's pretty stupid
