But needs to drop the this bodybuilding crapolla and get on a fitness plan to drop the weight first and improve condition. Then, he can return to the alluring world of tricep kickbacks and thigh adductor machines..

Howard always delivers on the entertainment of this board. The mini biography of his life was one of the best things I have read on this board. I do feel sorry for his wife and wonder what he does to her in his basement.

I remember someone asking him what kind of wts he lifted in the gyms when he started:
He smiled got a twinkle in his eye and replied ; " Back then we lifted rocks."

Good read, could use a guy like that on the gym floor to yell at kids texting and just plain fuckin' around.....
