2 years ago I had stopped training and dieting for 6 months wasn't in that great of shape before the lay off.. Opinions this is the best I could do so far in the process of leaning up

dON'T look fat at all. Getting too lean thins out the face too much anyway. Good look, just would like to see more size (you knew I'd say this...)

Yes always need more size I agree but best I can do so far, I'm still learning and dealing w my12 hour a day 6 day a week job lol or business rather...Im proud of that though. 6ft 215lbs in the good pic honestly ide b content looking like I do now for the rest of my life.... But I always need more size or less fat. I enjoy this is one of my many hobbies.

u look good man,,6'0 tall,,imagine fully all out juiced gh /insulin/ect 230/240 in that or slightly better condition,,crazy amounts to fill out large frame,,better to be healthy/this build/being father,,i have 3 kids too...

Lol yea I'm gonna cruise on low test plus gh after blast and blood work low dosage gets me where I'm happy and fairly safe. A lot of responsibility having a family
