Who cares about strength  ???

calf, lots of people do... I think a good mix of fitness and strength is a good thing.
These weak pumpers in the gym, with their 6-packs and ILS (invisible lat syndrome) is just as amusing as the fat Powerlifter doing his belly bench.

I like the old school ways of Arnold and Franco, both competed in Strength events (early on) but looked good. Be strong, look strong...
Even Zane did Powerlifting and did well at it (early on).. Old school is the best school... (Pussification of today is sickening)...
