The cardio on an empty stomach thing is debatable but the rest is pretty solid.

Wow, people sat there and actually listened to that? They even paid to get in to listen to that? Everything he said was common sense.  :-\ :-\ Shit, you can easily find all this information online without paying anything. why do people attend these seminars?  ??? ???

Haha so true.

Yes theres some bro science bs that claims this and that. 
And yes maybe it worked for competitors but scientifically is not the most effective.(empty stomach cardio)
But seriously...if you want what these guys have (body type anyways) you should do as they do
