This was the best show of 2015 so far for me.
I think if he didn't have so much baggage from the 3 murders he could get out of it. If it was me, I'd argue that I felt unfairly set up, and that what they were hearing on the bath room tape isn't a confession, but an inner dialog containing hypotheticals, fragments of older remembered conversations, etc....
I think he'll wind up in an OJ type situation, were it isn't a tremendously strong case, but they convict because they want to convict him of something.
