T3 never fucks my sleep up and I always take it at night. My blood pressure is also fine on t3 i got it checked at Walmart the other day. I think everyone reacts differently

I can't lie at first I didn't have a single clue on how to eat for my goals. I got fat as fuck on tren thinking I could eat whatever I wanted and stay lean and then when I became a fat pig i crash dieted for 2 months and ended up looking like shit. But now I do have an understanding on how to properly eat and diet

I know it'll take a few years for me to master my diet and understand how my body reacts to certain foods and such. Using tren on the other hand I don't think it's such a big deal. I'm not using massive amounts of gear. Just prohormones when I first started seriously lifting and then used some test at 500mg/week then used 500-700tren/week with 250test/week. Never even used a gram of gear when I cycle
