Easter Ham low carb option?
« on: April 04, 2015, 04:02:44 PM »
For all the low carb discussion here, I don't hear much about pork, especially ham.  Easter ham seems like the perfect keto food.

Turkey breast, lamb, brisket. It's all good.

Considering carbs are plant based I'd say your good.. Pork has higher fat but for a Keto guy that should be fine

Most of us are Muslim and don't eat ham.

And the next day perfect for breakfast with eggs.  Speaking of eggs, what about the deviled eggs at the Easter Brunch.  Trace of carbs from the mayo, not all that much though.

Bit of trivia: That's Sean Connery's favorite food.
