Jeb Bush falsely claimed ‘Hispanic’ heritage
« on: April 08, 2015, 11:09:49 AM »
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush speaks fluent Spanish and married a woman who was born in Mexico. That still doesn’t make him Hispanic – despite self-identifying as such on his 2009 Florida voter registration form, which was obtained by The New York Times and published on Monday.

A spokesperson for Bush couldn’t explain to The Times why he chose to characterize himself that way.

Photocopy of the form here (not up for debate lol)

Had to be a joke.  No one would seriously down grade themselves to Hispanic on purpose.
