Booked a weekend to helsinki
« on: April 20, 2015, 03:44:00 PM »
Going qwith a finnish friend. can stay in helsinki or go to the cabin in the woods. whats the recommendation? In the cabin there is fishing, quad bikes, bbq and 'long underwear drunk'. in helskinki i think there is just the latter two.

You should certainly try Finnish bath (almost as good as Russian bath), if your friend is familiar how to make it properly. Not public ones of course, but these built at the countryside.

You know, it's amazing when in the middle of winter you run out of 120 Celsius bath and jump into the snow pile. Carefully mix it with some vodka, acoustic guitar and girls and you'll be fine.

This may be the second worst time of the year to visit Finland, because here is just about nothing going on. There isn't snow anymore, but it is still cold, and the springtime hasn't started yet. In Helsinki you can't do anything but drink and fuck, so go to the cabin to do that, because there is at least the Sauna. If you are coming at the end of the month, meaning 30th of April, it is complete different story, because at that day we have so called Vappu. It is big celebration of springtime, and just about whole country is very very drunk. It is like the Rio Carnival where we have cut all the nonsense like dancing, and just focused on getting drunk, and fast  ;D

Helsinki - Hell Sinking

According to Falcon wisdom - don't go there.

Like fishing, hunting, drinking etc.? That is what real people do, you know, those who have friends to visit to. Then there is breed of lifeless internet brats, who see the normal life to be somewhat awkward because all they do is seeking free porn and wanking.

Let's be honest here, you're 5ft8 and look like shit....even if you tried your hardest you'd still start and end the night all  alone in the corner drinking beer....mumbling to yourself and contemplating rape.

lol. Don't ruin it for him, "being married" is a good excuse for ones shortcomings in this case.
On other hand - I have no idea why would anyone go to another country with a buddy just to get drunk in some rented place.

Finnish women are crazy..

Tell me about it.

I once stood up a Finnish chick - by accident really. Apparently I'd mentioned taking her to London for the day but didn't think it was a firm date.

That night I was out with the lads & another Finnish chick came & sat with us. Now - this is in Hants, UK (exactly) where the total Finnish population must be - well less than 5.

Anyway - we got chatting and she was very forward, wanted to come home with me that night. I said OK. Then at closing time this guy comes up to her "come on darling, let's go home". She looked at him and said "No, I'm going home with this guy". He looked at me and said "This is my wife, mate", to which I had absolutely no reply.

Obviously, I didn't get any eskimo pussy that night but it always struck me that Karma in Finland must be very strong for me to piss off one Finnish chick and attract a psycho Finnish chick all in the same day.

Night clubs are working class places for the most part. I'm sure you would do better. In the real world though I do better.
