Why would I pay $5 for a big mac then add on fries and drink for crap at McDonalds?

The only times I've considered (but never gone through with it) have been when I'm on the way home and want to pick up something in 5 minutes without getting out of my car.

Coffee isn't hurting them.  And their iced coffee for $1 is good, probably better tasting than Dunkin'.   Of course they're not going to compete with Starbucks, it's a completely different market.

Compared to McDonalds, you bet.  All food at Chipotle is prepared right at the location and fresh.  They have no can openers, no microwaves, and no freezers.  There's no Chipotle nearby where I live but there is a Moe's which operates similarly.  


What McDonalds needs to do is to quit trying to please every treehugger and bleeding heart who are not going to eat there anyway and get old school.  Beef Tallow for french fries, fresh ground beef....just get back to their roots.  Chipotle food usually has way more calories and more fat and guess what??  Fat is where the flavor at in foods

Also, they need to tell the 15 dollar an hour people to go fuck themselves.  If they want more money then move from being the fry cook to the shift supervisor.

The truth as to why McDonalds is suffering financially is that people have began to have a thorough understanding of what's in their so called food. In addition, their competition imo has become much better than them in pretty much all ways. McDonald's sucks.  I've gone hungry than stop at one. People are looking for healthier options and McDonalds has the unfortunate pleasure of wearing the banner of King of unhealthy eating. In addition all the GMOs and mystery meats, and fries with 14 ingredients(wtf?) and food that doesn't decompose.  People are waking up.  The reason as you see so many URBAN Hebrews eat it is because it's cheap and it's addictive. That campaign was aimed at young minorities in general.  It's just "hip" to use the I'm lovin' it campaign. Us Hebrews set trends, this should be obvious by know so they're using that to their advantage.

In summary, Fuck McDonalds and everything they own. Why?  For selling frankenfood and knowing poisoning the loyal public.

i have to agree with Vince. Whenever I go to Chipotle, I ALWAYS see meat on the grill being cooked and vegatables in the frying pan right there. Its not like they have a bunch of pre-made meat already cooked and then throw it in the microwave. Its usually being cooked.

the shit they put in their now is not even meat. If you haven't seen the youtube footage, check it out. It's disgusting what they're actually made out of.
