I do high reps. I am "high" when I do my reps...But high reps are good for those that respond to them, can be anybody, just not me.

my legs only respond to high reps. I think lower reps like say 5 are outstanding for pure strength if that is your goal but my Quads really do respond to high rep workouts. I have gained size with 15-20 reps
so he aint juiced...
i do 4x12 in the leg press, 3 plates per side = MAXIMUM GROWTH
Talking of high reps Danny Padilla did almost every exercise for 5 quick sets of 12 reps. I tried that for chest one time and I could only use baby weights. Imagine doing 5 x 12 for benches. Then 5 x 12 for inclines. Here comes 5 x 12 for flies and so on. I couldn't move my arms for couple of days.
The leg press is like lying on a recliner compared to squats. The other day I did 30 reps with 3 plates a side as my finishing set.
yeah i know its great to be able to get growth in the legs without having to push yourself so much gotta love it
Every try going REALLY high, like 50-100 reps. Ive never tried this but it does sound appealing to try, just for the hell of it!
leg press with the right machine is also good with high reps.
yes but my endurance sucks i feel what stops me at higher reps isnt lack of strength rather that im outta breath
