"Snickers bars" as in the delicious chocolate, peanut, caramel, newget candy....yes I have indulged in a few.  :D

"Snickers bars"  as it refers to a weiner of the negro persuasion......not so much.  :-X

I was, of course, referring to the latter. Glad you cleared this up, I'll alter my opinion of you to reflect this new information. Thanks.

This is the type of guy that was born ripped and muscular.  He probably looked similar to this at 9 years old......just a smaller version.  He's had solid abs everyday of his life.

Any physical activity produces positive results for this guy....weight lifting, basketball, bowling, mowing the grass, checking the mail, etc....the guy can probably lose fat and build muscle from doing cardio also.

Dude probably has no concept of clean dieting nor a need to "diet".....he just eats when he's hungry.   Never been fat because he's naturally ripped to shreds.  Curls Snickers bars and Big Macs and adds an inch to his arms in a month.

I've known several guys like this over the years....all black guys, all built exactly the same, all same mentality....nice enough, like to lift, don't know a thing about the industry, don't care, eat whatever they want and don't use drugs.  All can get huge and ripped doing cable crossovers and db curls.  Kinda guy that builds great traps making a glass of chocolate milk each day.

Essentially no rhyme or reason.  Certainly everyone on GB will say "all drugs", but I've seen these types of guys over and over....all black guys, no extra money for drugs, no desire for drugs, no idea who Ronnie Coleman is, don't even know how to lift all that properly LOL.....they pick up any weight  repeatedly and they build lean mass.
I know this one guy I see in the gym every so often, in his 40s, and has guns---I barely see him train them. He doesn't know who Ronnie Coleman is. Dude has like 17-18s, but cut up. Never bought any of those mags, protein powders. None...and it makes you realize, that following the pros, knowing who is who, or buying the mags, it doesn't really matter.
I guess it's kinda like the rich guy who buys a ton of exotic cars or expensive watches, but has no real interest in them, it's just something people with money do, buy expensive things.
