Choise is pretty easy...

10-12%...

Normal lifting, healthy diet, no panick, cheatmeal once in a while...100% pussymagnet! Easy life! :D

they are all differend body types. Even tho 10-12 looks good if you have good muscle, I would still take the body type on the 6-7 because I have a very good face.

There is no generic look for bf.. 10% at 135lb. And 10% at 245 is a completely different look
