Actually, Chris is looking pretty good there. In real life, he would outsize a lot of people still. HIs shoulders tell all here and does not look very fat.

i bet levrone is eating more food, he upped the dosage of carbs and protein for sure
added chicken and rice to his diet, maybe a few meals of fish
stuff like that
maybe drinking some orange juice

In all his recent IG pics I actually noticed most that he has sloped shoulders, brings down the "jacked" image. Big dude still of course.
