I know people say hgh cause the guts etc but in my opinion and from what ive read its igf1. Hgh makes bone and muscle grow. Igf1 makes everything grow including tendons cartilage etc. I know hgh increases igf levels so it is indirectly responsible but it is actually igf that makes everything grow not hgh. Or have i just written alot of bro science lol?

The abdominal wall can and does get stretched out as well. Phil has separated abs if look at the pics. Enormous amounts of food and heavy lifting does contribute, it's not just an excuse trying to hide the real cause (drugs). I don't think the organs have hypertrophied to such an extent they tear up the abs and sometimes cause hernias like in some bb'ers.
Not saying drugs aren't a factor though.

The problem is basically trying to force the scale to go up too much.

You don't think he's been focusing on chest? Of course he has. Problem is, like I've said many times before, no one changes their proportions as a pro, no one. Exception is belly, it can get more stretched out.

Training for symmetry is a myth. :D

If someone makes a noticeable change in a muscle group it's oil or implants. Overall size and conditioning, that's what you can play with. Even conditioning is so genetic that it's hard to fix if you've been having problems peaking as an amateur and pro.
Naw...there are a few pics where his chest seemed like it was a lot thicker, it was a few yrs back. Also remember when Ronnie Coleman came back in 2003 with huge quads? Granted everything else was big, but his quads were bigger. And Ronnie had also said that he had stopped training arms for a while because they were throwing off the SYMMETRY of his physique. And Phil himself had said that he had cut back on arm training.

I too, am looking forward to his Philness reaching his goal at the end of the his personal path of mediocrity, the Road to Dialysis via the Jaundice Brick Road.  He deserves to be punked by reality.

He has regressed every year since 2011; the only things bigger are his head, stomach, and waist.  No way he is the best bodybuilder in the world this year.

Recent photo....very unimpressive other than the ever increasing size of his jowels; he has one of the fattest Mr.O faces ever.

His arms look way down. Maybe he's giving his body a break before he amps up the dosage in prep for the O?

Yesterday,

That doesn't look like a sweat pattern and bodybuilders don't run marathons. Has he drenched himself in Guerlain perfume or something?

We go through this every year. Phil doesn't look that impressive for an IFBB Pro offseason.  Precontest, he's no one is touching him. He is regressing though.

"He's no one is touching him." What does that mean? That is poor use of grammar.

I think you meant to say, "No one is touching him." Delete the "He's."

Allude or elude?

If it's Wiggs or Parker you translate whatever comment to a positive one for Phil Heath.

Textbook Palumboism.

This could be used for student doctors to recognize the signs early on.

When you rely on gh and insulin to propel your gains that quickly , your body eventually gives you the shaft and melts you right down to fuck all.

Such short lived careers these newer guys are having and its interesting to watch their quick descents.

He's been a Pro since 2006. So, almost 10 yrs. Flex lasted about 10, Dorian, Nasser, Shawn longer, Kevin about 10. So, Phil has some time.
