If he wants to regain his health he should attempt it by cutting out all drugs cold turkey. He should stop lifting and walk an hour a day fast 6 days a week. That would be a start. He needs to get his body weight under 165 lbs at his height. Then with time he should do something like running a day and lifting a day naturally. Of course that will never happen. Most steroid guys are addicted to the clueless giving them compliments not knowing they are no better built than they are without the drugs.

When I had my own gym it was a piece of piss, I was literally eating all day due to being behind a counter.

Now I am a PM on a constuction site, I rarely have time to shit, let alone eat 5 meals during a shift!

Take a look at Aaron Clark Peewee Braun's buddy. Guy is zooted on narcotics. Pj was arrested for possessing narcotics in the past. Owner of P28 was arrested for possessing over $3 million worth of cocaine. The list goes on.

Based on his last bad decision his only form of exercise might be walking from the parking lot to the dialysis clinic.

It would be a long post to get into his personal life but it seems he and his wife split, he moved to Miami, moved back and now back together. She was likely saying that!
