Push your self with cardio everyday, keto, no cheats/refeeds....
I'm in similar situation, had to concentrate on new job and put gym on back burner a few month, had to play catch up last month to get back to my usual standards
I'm running prop/tren eod, 60mg stromba.... Will be shredded by end of next week, cardio is helping a lot, depends how much you put into it, I could even wring my socks out at end of each session
