Yes, reading "oldtimers" rants are almost as bad as reading Tbombz rants about religion. I am still trying to decide which posts are more treacherous to read. You're best bet is to skip over "oldtimers" posts. Its like a broken record. At least Tbombz provides us with entertainment

The problem is that once you adhere to a specific narrative, how do you justify that narrative when confronted with evidence that challenges your narrative? Either you abandon your narrative, rearrange your narrative to fit new evidence, or ignore the evidence.

Very enlightening Parker. It is well known fact that blacks often do worse under Democratic rule than Republican. I think if they looked to the Asian race which basically shun the government and strive to make it on their own, they would do much better. Asians, Italians before them, and the Irish in the early 1900's were also discriminated against severely. I firmly believe that relying on the government to right ills is akin to complaining to the father that you were innocent when you raped his daughter the night before and were caught red-handed. The father is going to crush you and the government will give you a pittance to keep you under their lock and thumb.
