it seems to me a lot of people just go through the motions. hit the gym a few times a week, month after month, year after year.
how come you dont do more than that? why dont you do arm wrestling, rock climbing, strongman, power lifting, mma, boxing, gymnastics, doing a show etc ?
isnt it boring to have no goals ? and not put any of all that strength gain to practical use ? most beginner should be able to reach their muscular mass max within a few years of training... then what?
its kinda like working your ass off for endurance then never testing it, if i hit the bike at the gym all day for years i would want to try riding an actual bike after a while you know.
