Is there such a thing as an established Youtube channel without an ear-piercingly annoying voice? This goes for all of those video game "Let's play" channels with 100k+ subscribers too.

Serious question btw.

If you have sy 100,000 subscribers it means you are at least guaranteed most of those people will watch the next video you upload? Without advertising, youtube will pay around a grand per million views on a video.
