from what ive read blood thinning foods promote energy  and blood flow and thinner blood

and blood clotting foods promote healing and thicker blood

magnesium and calcium compete. calcium is geard towards blood clotting, magnesium is blood thinning

vitamin e and vitamin k compete, vitamin e is geared towards blood thinning and vitamin K is blood clotting /healing/ ect

i know for fact vitamin k heals since i have no lower back pain when i do kale shakes, sometimes i feel i get tired when i havent done much, most likely due to my body breaking down all the raw kale even if its blended up


anways would be fun if unc or duke let me use there microscopes of high power to look at blood more closely and see how the body adapts and changes

no shit brother afro american superior hebrew!! that is why i dont eat meat, its like cheating to gain muscle mass. i know there is a more difficult and tedius way to GAYYYYN muscle rather than eat a creature that is minding its own buisness.

i found it rather easy as fuck to put on muscle when eating meat thats why i quietly chuckle at the losers with grey hair who struggle in life eating tons of meat and on top of that take steroids!

eating meat to gain muscle was too easy, its like playing a video game set on easy and winning everytime. in life eating meat is easy winning for muscle mass but ages you like a guy. i knew maybe one day i could be smart enough to put it all together and have a wicked vegetarian plan knowing what each food will do to me .
