Vegan and AAS?
« on: July 05, 2015, 04:15:42 PM »
Hi guys , seriously considering dropping meat and opting for plant based protein, veggies, nuts and grains. I realized the all meat diet didnt do shit for me in terms of weight loss or cutting, but macro counting works wonders.

I eat less and feel good now, but i thought tonight after dinner....why do we focus every meal aroumd the meat, and what if we didnt? The cost of this is also annoying because we buy high quality meats. By dropping all meats and dairy, will i get skinny fat even with quality plant proteins and nuts? No i wont be eating tofu, ramen, soy, and other shit vegans do and then get fat.

My second question is, cycling AAS and being on TRT while vegan....im wondering what the effects could be. Id imagine my rbc and hemo would lower which i see as a benefit

Anyone have experience with vegan BBIng lifestyle and using AAS?

I know a few guys who made the transition and they look awesome.

As for ASS they take test/winstrol which seems to really work well with a vegan diet. Hard grainy frank Zane type looks. They eat 5 times a day and feel they have more energy than ever. Also lots of those red kidney beans.

lol. test winny eh for a vegan diet?

and how many did you survey in your analysis?- i mean, to be able to talk as a qualified, supported advisor?

and in the analysis, how did you remove subjectivity?

my point is that we all know "a few guys" who said they did this, and that, and one guy also did this and so on..but to say an AAS works better due to a vegan diet, based on some loose anecdotes is just dumb.

the reason meals are based on meats is the presence of protein. if you can source your protein elsewhere, there will be no difference. the hormones will work the same.

in the bro science analysis of the anecdotes, how do we know that your sample isnt dieting well now so wouldve looked good anyway?..seems to me that someone making an effort on not eating meat would also be motivated to do other things constructive.

and that is a variable that you cant eliminate- so to suggest that its the unique blend of winny and test is a looong bow.

Dude he was just adding to the conversation. I didnt even for a sec think he meant that the best stack ever was test and winny for vegans, just providing an example loosely.

How so? Every "bodybuilder" eats "healthy". Vegan is just another "healthy" approach IMO.

You can use AAS safely. Being a Vegan actually helps a lot because of the fact that you consume no cholesterol or foods that raise blood pressure....both major causes of death in AAS abusers.

Id disagree....sugar and salt can impact both and vegans eat both

A few comments on the above:

I am not an "expert". Only adding what I have seen and know.

Vegan bodybuilding is becoming a trend but I think there is something to it. Guys on it claim they feel like their bodies are turbocharged. The reason may be that rather than being bloated/lazy (not to mentioned organs strained with processing protein overload) their metabolisms become highly efficient at processing plant proteins and storing protein. Where does the protein get stored? As muscle. Now add a little test or Winnie to that and this produces an amazing result. And these guys don't need clen as they get super lean already.

Bbers don't eat healthy. They consume way too most protein for their kidneys. Plus the water cutting is harmful
