Kovacs probably felt invincible there - throbbing with strength and arm pit odor.
Would love to walk around like that and be healthy - maybe monsanto can develop a new form of whey protein which supersizes my tiny tit body.

His shape wasn't too bad at his best.  I think he would have been ok if he had been more conservative with the drugs.  Whatever he did, messed up his physique and gave him those palumboic obliques.
