Guys, that pic is fake. The other guy in the thread called it. Phil is getting a psychological advantage. He released that picture and let nature take its course. He knows people would see it and guys like LUI Marco would make it spread like wildfire. Meanwhile, considering what happened last year regarding how Phil looked, he's been training getting in to what will probably be close to or better than his best shape. The shock value will be more because everyone expects him to look like shit based on that 1 week out pic. Don't take the bait. The attached pic is Phil last week so there's no way the CSI pic is him as of a couple days ago. It's a ploy. Phil tries to get advantages whereever he can find them. Line stepping or anything else. This is no different.
