Flex, Dennis Newman, Mike Francois, Chris Cormier, Ronnie (late bloomer), Shawn Ray. Even early Craig Titus, Don Long, Melvin Anthony, Dennis James and Phil Hernon.

Something with Sergio Jr, he seems to have a slightly wider waist than his namesake. Arms, traps, calves, quads, very similar, though. Time will tell.

In any case none of those guys had years of "natural base". They started when they started training pretty much.
Levrone even claimed he only knew 6 weight lifting exercises when he won his pro card, hardly any lifting experience lol.

Kai had a very good natural base and strength.

He looks ok, but when compared to other top pro's at his age and he doesn't stack up well

Quality in the NPC and the pros has gone down. The NPC feeds into the Pros...it's sad.

In one year my calves grew two inches. They grew so quickly that some people began to say I had gotten calf implants.

They would check them out, looking for any scars when I fexed them. I took it as a great compliment that my calves had improved so much—they eventually got to be 21 inches—that some people thought I had implants.
