So I trained traps and I noticed despite the flatness I thought I noticed I had not lost the strength. I did 45 reps with ease, as per usual, and I did that with 100lbs dumbbells. I quickly felt that I had lost no power and I got back my traditional fullness. I can conclude that diet is most important and that I only eat for fullness even if I don't train since I have an active every day life.
