I hadnt train traps for month so I went forth and I proceeded in training traps

So I trained traps and I noticed despite the flatness I thought I noticed I had not lost the strength. I did 45 reps with ease, as per usual, and I did that with 100lbs dumbbells. I quickly felt that I had lost no power and I got back my traditional fullness. I can conclude that diet is most important and that I only eat for fullness even if I don't train since I have an active every day life. I knew I had the same power I had but I still got pleasantly surprised. Not really surprised just confirmation of what I thought I knew. I.

traps is all about size not strength.

if you dont have tom hardy-like traps you need to get back to work.
