Can someone summarize the last few days' events bans unbans etc

I can't follow it all, looks like some old timers who were banned came back and some other got banned.  Personal info posted along with pictures.  Insults hurled.  But I think it happened over several threads.  Did all the personal pics get taken down? 

Cliffs notes/TLDR?  Please?

Josh is allowed to post one day a week.

Halo was unbanned by mistake and then was banned as soon as he posted again.

Sevastase was trolled by Be There, he exploded and ended up posting personal info. He's banned for a couple of weeks I think.

Joon is back. Not sure if under the same rules as Josh.
