I vote yes!  Wes might not be a spring chicken, but he remembers me under my old handle "Lodz" (which was, FWIW, inspired by the "Carnivale" character, Professor Lodz.  Anyone remember "Carnivale"?  Great show ... while it lasted   ). 

That recall power alone tells me he has enough training acumen to make a difference

But on a more serious note, Wes has decades of training experience and successful bodybuilding competitions under his belt.

That has to count for something.  While mighty Wes and I don't see eye-to-eye in relation to HIT training (at least, variants thereof; it'd piss Dante off to no end, but I DO consider DC training a HIT variant), that's okay.  I do NOT want "yes men" running any show so long as said men are fair; and while I, the mighty DCM, remain a relative unknown to many of you, I:

*am NOT a gimmick
and
*truly want what's best for Getbig.

BB Rows
Bent-Over Laterals
Lying face down on an incline bench and shrugging two dumbells
Reverse Scapula Shrugs on pulldown or chinning bar.......Google it.

If he trained like a bodybuilder and stopped being a vegetarian, could he gain more mass in his quads? What sort of training routine and diet to increase the mass from current levels?

He`d have to revamp his whole training routine and diet as well as drug use if he`s on gear.


He just trains to increase his total in the 2 Olympic lifts.
