I am not a fan of him, but he looks very good regarding his age.

1- The fact that he is past 60 gives him green light to do it ....

2- He is worldly  famous for his physique being above the average Joe.


3- In a world where every fattie is taking selfies on social media , he is unique in his class to look the way he does at 64.

4- That photo is a big "Shut da F" to all of those who claim that bodybuilding and steroids will make you fall apart in  no time .

5- He is proving that you can keep the passion and discipline for bodybuilding at an older age ( without the lame excuse of moving on to better things in life to  justify that you look like shit)....




My respect for Lou Ferrigno, Can't think of a better representation in Bodybuilding for the mainstream  .

Funny thing is Louie looks kinda like Arnold with the beard and both look way cooler as older farts with facial hair - epic prime senior citizens.
