I don't get this... why it's a bigger charge for a "hate'' crime. Aren't ALL murders considered hate crimes?  Dude is dead... is it any more meaningful that he killed him for skin color, sexual preference, color of shirt, religion, $ in his pocket, etc?

I don't think these 3 killers should go to prison longer or shorter because of WHY they did it.

They did it.  Period.  Execute them - whether they did it for skin color or shirt color or color of the dudes morning shite.  I don't understand the difference.

yes I disagree with these things too.   Most qualified person gets the job - no matter the skin color, age, gender, race, etc. 

Darwinism worked for the past 4 or 5 billion years of planet Earth.  I don't see God saying "oh, sorry lion, we're going to give your perch to the bunny rabbits, they need some protection.   No, nature lets the biggest and baddest eat the weaker.  Anything other than this means the weaker reproduce and the stronger die off... bad for the species.
